This is one of our Reverse Osmosis filtration systems…a high pressure filtration system that separates a majority of the water out of the sap before boiling. This system reduces the ratio of sap to syrup from 40:1 to, as low as, 6:1.

March is almost upon us and we have been readying

March is almost upon us and we have been readying everything for the first run and boil of the #Spring2022 Maple Syrup season.

Once again, a decision had to be made regarding the restaurant and with many restrictions and uncertainties we opted to forgo opening for another year.
The Maple Gift Shop will be open
10am -4pm, Monday-Saturday beginning Monday March 21st.

Fresh #MapleSyrup, our Maple Signature products, confections and giftware will be available. Last year we introduced a #BreakfastKit, everything you need to enjoy a traditional Gilbertson’s Pancake House breakfast at home. Our famous Maple Baked Beans and extra packaged Maple Pork Sausage, conveniently frozen, can be added to make your experience complete!
New this year, we will be offering fresh maple baked items, along with beverages to grab and go.
