We are just over halfway through the season… and e We are just over halfway through the season… and even though there may still be snow on the ground, our spring maple season is flying by. That means there are only 3 weeks left to enjoy all of your favourites here at Gilbertson’s Pancake House. From plate size pancakes to fresh maple sugar candies, now is the time to make those visits count before we close for the season. Our last day is Saturday April 25 Bring your family, invite some friends, and enjoy the drive out to the Island. Maple season always feels like it flies by, and this year is no different.
